At LEAST 50% of the time we speak to potential clients, it’s because they’re (at best) unsatisfied with their existing marketing agency.
A lot of the time, they’ve been overpromised and underdelivered to. 😡
Clients then come to us, and they’re understandably wary of working with another marketing agency and risking their money – and time – for the same fate.
To put potential clients at ease, we:
👉 Are honest and upfront about what we think is realistic. You’re not going to have a sold out launch from 2 Instagram posts. We’d love it if that were true, but it just isn’t the way things work. If you do want a sold out launch, let’s chat about a marketing campaign and PPC.
👉 Offer 7 day contract cancellation terms and a monthly rolling fee. Business is unpredictable. Sometimes things happen, and you need to reign in some money to keep things afloat. We get it.
👉 Share past work and initial ideas on the consultation call. Sure, potential clients could run away and “steal” our ideas, but 99% of the time they’re good people who wouldn’t dream of doing that.
We are absolutely committed to providing the best possible results for our clients budgets. We want clients to feel confident that they can approach us with whatever question or concern they may have.
We underpromise and overdeliver. 🙌
