Price: £200 + VAT / month (Rolling monthly retainer)

Usually Suits: Small non-profits, local museums, or charities that need light, flexible support without committing to a full marketing package.

Get a dedicated bank of 4 hours per month to use across whatever marketing tasks you need most that month:

  • Website Updates: Uploading blogs, updating opening hours, ticket information, or creating landing pages.

  • Social Media Support: Strategy advice, custom graphics, or post scheduling.

  • Graphic Design: Digital banners, social graphics, or print flyer assets.

  • Google Ads & SEO: Basic search optimisation or campaign setup.

(Note: Hours are allocated per calendar month to keep workflows structured and do not roll over).

Price: £650 + VAT / month (Special non-profit rate, usually £900+)

Usually Suits: Charities, CICs, and independent museums seeking structured, hands-off growth across social media, ads, and website management.

  • Social Media Management: 2 posts per week created and published across 2 primary channels (focused on campaign awareness, impact storytelling, and community engagement).

  • Paid Advertising & Grant Management: Setup and management of 1 monthly campaign (including Google Ad Grants setup/management or Meta fundraising ads).

  • Website Maintenance & SEO: Up to 2 hours per month dedicated to event listings, news updates, landing page tweaks, and basic SEO copywriting.

  • Graphic Design Credit: 1 custom design asset per month (e.g., event flyer, print layout, or promotional banner).

Discounted Web Design Package

Price: £350 + VAT (One-off project, discounted from £500)

A complete, modern 5-page website designed on user-friendly platforms like WordPress or Squarespace.

  • Mobile-Optimised & Accessible: Clear navigation making it easy for supporters to donate, find event details, or learn about your cause.

  • Full Ownership: We hand over the keys completely so you never pay monthly website markups.

  • Clear Pathways: Integrated donation buttons, volunteer contact forms, and newsletter signups.

Discounted Marketing Strategy, Plans & Campaign Roadmaps

Need a clear plan before launching a major campaign or funding drive? We offer reduced rates on our one-off strategy roadmaps for non-profits:

  • Social Media Strategy: £750 + VAT (usually £950) – Competitor audit, brand positioning, audience personas, and content pillars.

  • Multi-Channel Strategy: £1,150 + VAT (usually £1,450) – Full-funnel digital strategy covering organic social, SEO, email, and Google Ad Grant alignment.

  • 12-Month Campaign Calendar Add-on: £600 + VAT (usually £750) – Operational roadmap translating your strategy into 12 months of key awareness days, events, and fundraising pushes.
